PTES - Charity Event

Greetings from PT. Elabram Systems (PTES), Indonesia.

It has always been a culture for us in Elabram Systems and its branches for its “do good” activity. As we are moving towards to another meaningful year, we had successfully fulfilled and accomplished another greatest commitment by giving back to society.

This charity event was held on 1^st November 2012 at Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu Muslimin Jaya, Indonesia to make a difference for the lives of underprivileged from the homes.

We started the charity event with short speeches from our Managing Director, Mr. Mikel Yaw and followed by our Technical Director, Mr Sunny Yaw. They gave some inspirational advice to the children on the importance of study hard and get good grades for a brighter future.

Next, we invited Bapak Haji Muh. Saman Husni, the owner of the orphanage home to gave us some speech. He was so thankful for our visits and donations and wished PT. Elabram Systems a continuous success for its future business undertakings.

As soon as the speeches ended, we distributed the snack boxes to the children. I could see a sparks that glowed from the children’s face and I knew that it was somehow the utterly happy feeling in them.

With the blend of beautiful voices and harmonic acoustic guitar sounds, we just love and enjoyed the atmosphere of being together when the children from the home sing along with us.

Due to limited space in the home, some of the staffs have to sit and waited outside the home. 

Last but not least, the children queuing up to get ‘uang amplop’ from our Directors and Managers.

We’re looking forward in organizing more charity event next year because ‘We care, We do, We act’.

Elabram Systems Networking Night 2012

It’s amazing how fast time flies and we have entered the last quarter of the year. As everyone out there was busy chilling themselves in conjunction with Oktoberfest, we at Elabram Systems therefore would like to grasp this opportunity to hold our October-best event too. :)

The venue for most anticipated “Networking Night 2012” had been chosen and we decided to organize it at Zest Café (Bangsar South) on Friday, 5th Oct 2012.

The objective of this dinner is to nurture good working relationships with our resources, be it locals or expatriates residing in Malaysia.

Here’s a quick sneak peek on the final preparation made prior to the event.

Soon around 7:00 – 7:30pm, the café was leisurely filled up with all of the invited guests.

As seen, crowd had great talks and mingled pretty well while enjoying the great food served.

We kicked off the night with short speeches from our Managing Director, Mr. Mikel followed by our Technical Director, Mr Sunny Yaw. 

They both thanked the entire guest during the night for being part of Elabram and making the wonderful night happened.

Next, we invited our TAD Senior Manager, Mr. Nahu & HR Manager, Ms. Catherine to introduce their respective team members.

At about 9.00pm, emcees had announced a surprised birthday celebration for Oct - Dec’s babies. 

This was the peak hours during the night! 

While waiting for the birthday cake to be served, all birthday babies has been requested to perform “Gangnam Dance” to marked the significant of their birthday celebration this year and it was led by Kean Jia 

The most hilarious and attention-grabbing moment ended when birthday cake finally arrived and we sang a birthday song together.

Dinner adjourned around 10: 45pm. Tip the hat to TAD team members for organizing this meaningful event!

We are very much looking forward to have another greater event next year.

1st Elabram Club Activities - Bowling Tournament

Announcement! Announcement! Elabram Systems had hosted their first ever Club Bowling Tournament this year.  It’s time to have fun!

The tournament was held on 26th April, Thursday as the first get together for all of the Elabram Systems staffs. Ampang Superbowl Kajang was the official venue for this camaraderie tournament and strongly believed that it will also be a place to reveal all the hidden skills and talents :)

As soon as we arrived, the venue was quite congested as there was another group of people organising their tournament too. It was full of excitement as we can hear them clapping, cheering and booing.

The atmosphere was totally fun, excited and nervous…

Let us  have a look around and get to know who are actually the “so called” strikers and supporters from Elabram before the intense battle …

Without much delayed, announcement has been made and we were all allowed to starts the games.

Wow..full of skills

Some of them are in fact, a good player imported from Elabram Systems definitely *wink*..had excellent skills and scored for the team. 

Some are just with intermediate skills which are also contributed to the teams and some of them had even made the tournament more entertaining like throwing the bowling ball into the gutter and score no points..:=)

But no matter how good or bad the skills are, by end of the day, we were all laughed, played and have fun together.

Games by games and finally we managed to ended the 2 hours of non-stop games for the evening.

“Wiggle Wiggle Yeah” teams had emerged as a winner with the highest score for each games. Congratulations! 

Overall, we had a fantastic evening together as a team. The positive burst of spirit and enthusiasm had fostered us a closer relationship with the rest of colleagues.

Thanks to supporters for their attendance and a great voice on that day and to the rest of participants, you have done a good job. Hats off to all of you!
