Elabram Systems Group in Indonesia (PTES) just launched the Share
& Care event that aims to
strengthen the togetherness among
employees. At PTES training room,
new employees were welcomed and
introduced by Ola and Novita from Human Resources Department and at the
same time to celebrate the employees who had birthdays in the last 3 months.

The
birthday celebrants shared their wishes to the whole PTES with a cake for everyone to share. The HR Department
prepared a presentation showing the photos of the celebrants for the team
members to recognize them.
At the end of the
presentation, a speech was made by HR Department which was
represented by Ms. Puspita who welcomed and congratulated the new employees for joining the company. In order to motivate the
team members for punctuality which is vital in every company, she promised to
give rewards to those who will have a perfect attendance and encouraged the
team to become healthy.
The value of a successful
company can be seen from the strength of a solid
team…That is Elabram Systems Group.
