Elabram Systems in Indonesia October 2014 Employees Orientation by Saut

Orientation Day One
22 October 2014

                     First day of the orientation day, all participants arrived at the office welcomed by HR and drove into training room. There Ms Puspita Prisukma gave speech to welcoming team so that they felt like home. As they came from region, they didn’t know each other yet so they introduced themselves to get close each other. Session then continued with introduced the teams to Jakarta teams led by Saut Sijabat. HR introduced them one by one. The room overwhelmed with enthusiasm, sometimes they clapped hands to express feelings.
                     The 1st session of the orientation then opened by management. Speech is given by Mr David Yulius and Mr Dani Catur. Warmest regards delivered by management and commit to support the learning session until the last day.
                     One by one session conducted from Introduction to PT Elabram Systems, vision and mission, core values, IMS portal simulation, and employment as overview by Saut Sijabat and Mr Eko Jati from IT Department. Continued with Legal Aspect of Outsourcing to make the same point of view about outsourcing business from legal perspectives. The session is trained by PTES BOD Advisor, Mr Yoris Rusamsi.
                     Lunch time then the team invited by Mr Sunny Yaw to have lunch time together in one restaurant in Thamrin City area. All team melt together with sharing, laughers, and food of course.
                     After lunch, Marketing and Sales Activities then delivered by team Ms Dyah Arbani who presented Markeing business flow, procedures, organization chart, and some cases due to outsourcing marketing implementation. Then continued by Ms Nurmala who delivered Sales activities, cases, and practices. The session completed with branding session delivered by Ms Olivia Shinta. The room overwhelmed with serious focus and concentration but sometimes delivered with jokes and laugh to melt the team.
                     At the end of the day, PP Socialization delivered by Mr Yoris Rusamsi and Mr Muh Farid and discussed indepth about employment and company regulations.
                    
Orientation Day Two
23 October 2014

                     The second day of the orientation, started with Recruitment Activities presentation conducted by Ms Ida Martha. She explained how the recruitment process, sourcing, and handling some cases quested by the participants. 


Next session delivered by Operation team, conducted by Mr Dani Catur at first. He introduced all teams in Jakarta, explained the structure, flow and process. The details then delivered by the teams Ms Nur Romla and Mr Radityo Affiat presented HRIS process and project related.
                     After lunch, the trainees directed to meet their Department Head for Department meeting to discuss strategic programs, problems & cases, and how to solve the problems coordinated.
                     At the evening, the session continued with Finance & Accounting activities delivered by Ms Ketrin Elisabeth. She focused on documentation completed accurately so that invoicing could be done less mistakes. This was important to minimize less/ over paid payroll and other financial.
                     The session was closed by Mr David Yulius. He delivered and connected all business process to the grand company revenue and how it could be achieved through regional sales integrated with sales team in Jakarta. This was so challenging because supported with motivation given, so that participants felt the target was reliable, could be achieved, and closed on time.
                     The day closed with photograph documentation with Mr Sunny Yaw before participant back to the hotel for taking rest.
                    
Orientation Day Three
24 October 2014

                     The third day opened with assestment, where all the participants were evaluated orientation knowledge from previous session. It was required as a source to measure how deep the participants well known about PT Elabram Systems and its business process.

                     HR activities delivered by Ms Puspita Prisukma as HR & Admin Manager as the closing session of all sessions. There, the participants learned about HR procedures & policies to guide employees to a depth understanding about employment and also as a motivation to be the best employee in Elabram. 

                     Orientation Day then finally closed to give the participant times to prepare them selves for another event: Outing Days for 2 days in Bogor. HR understood that there were many weakness of this program to a better next employee orientation. As our record, this employee orientation was the first time ever happened in Elabram where all region staffs were invited to meet altogether in Jakarta Office.
