Sales Training Part 2 at Elabram Systems Group Indonesia




On September 24th 2014 at 8am for 1.5 hours, Sales & Marketing team in PTES, and supported by HR team held again “The 2nd Sales & Marketing Training Programme and discussed about the four types of human characteristics which according to Mr. Jaime Simson as the speaker; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscienticusness. 




 
According to Mr. Simson, human beings need to recognize and learn about these four characteristics in order to win the battle especially in Marketing. These characteristics are important to understand and not easy to perceive right away especially if you just met the person or the customer. Usually, according to Samson, it takes 3 meetings to understand the customer.

In the last part of the workshop, the group was divided into two to solve a problem and to come up with a solution.
