Elabram Systems Group at LTE MENA, Dubai

Just recently, Elabram Systems Group Managing Director Mikel Yaw participated as one of the distinguished speakers at LTE World Summit- Middle East and North America (LTE MENA) and 

happened at Conrad, Dubai. The event main objective is to position the Middle East and North America at the forefront of the connected world. Directors like John Tey, Tommy Ng and Muhammad Fathi Ali from Malaysia joined Mikel in Dubai and shared the Elabram Systems Group (ESG) solutions to the attendees such as Network Planning & Optimization (NPO), Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

According to its official website, LTE MENA 2015 returned to Dubai this May 2015 for the 5^th year and fulfilled the promises to be the most exciting event,  reflected the  impressive progression of the region over the last 12 months. More than 800+ attendees participated, more than 50+ Operators came and more than 50+ exhibitors shared their products and services. Middle East Operators such as Etisalat and Du are working towards increased network capacity, improved QoS for consumers and better monetization of new and current services. Challenging the leading innovators in the mobile broadband market, they are beginning to drive the connected revolution towards LTE-A, IOT, Smart Cities and 5G.

The emerging markets of the region continue to rollout LTE and expand their networks. Encountering different challenges and following different business models to their more established neighbours, they are beginning to harness the potential of LTE and drive revenues from new services.

Elabram Systems Group at LTE World Summit in North America

 Elabram Systems Group (ESG) just recently participated this November 2014 at LTE North America (LTENA) as exhibitor and speaker with the Group Managing Director Mikel Yaw, Group  Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw and Business Director Tommy Ng. 

LTENA was part of the LTE World Series Summit around the world and the biggest convention of all leaders in a telecommunication industry with operators, vendors and media and participated by 150 exhibitors and more than 1500 attendees. 

Elabram Systems Group believes in collaboration and partnership for the four solutions under this 15 years old company. Solutions are Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Network Planning & Optimization (NPO). 

Mikel Yaw as speaker discussed the roles of vendors in rural areas and one of the key founders of Elabram Systems Group, a reliable Telecommunication Engineering and IT service provider specialised in Specialist Resource Provision, RF Engineering Services and Project Management of advance telecommunication in wireless network solutions but expanding right now in BPO and IT sectors which are big in Indonesia under Sunny Yaw. Elabram Systems was founded in year 1999 and it has office in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.

Day 1

October 24, 2014

Jakarta Bogor

            We started the day October 24 as usual, working hours, handling resources, served our clients, and preparing ourselves to Elabram Family Days. Everyone was busy, on target always, and services is our culture. As the outing arranged that we should departed at 16:00, we prepared ourselves then with finishing touch to get completed, even though not all of us joined the events. Before we got started to go, we prayed first to Almighty God to save our journey. We took by two buses supported with music played.

            The crowded Jakarta along the way, we spent our time with sharing, laughing, singing, photographs, or even there were slept all the way. We exit Gate Ciawi at 19:00 and a very long crowed ahead stopped our way. We never imagined that the crowded too long that aroused distress on us. Some of us chose to walk to reach the resort, others chose to rent motorbike, had dinner across the edge of the road, or kept waiting on the bus.

            When the road easier to walk, we then continued our journey and arrived around 23:30 and safe. We were welcomed with welcoming drink, entertaining music and singing, late dinner, and tiring body. While the music and singers playing, we enjoyed our dinner. Then some of team took part the time singing and dancing along the night. Confident and talented potentials Elabrams’ assets. Then some of us went to sleep while others still enjoy the night.

October 25, 2014

Bogor – Jakarta

The Second day started with breakfast with various menu to fit and energized us with full of schedule arranged. Then the schedule continued with Management Session as Opening, where Mr Sunny Yaw as Managing Director gave speech from Elabram history since 1999 in Malaysia. Hardworking, Optimism, and Team work colored the growth history until year 2014. The session continued with Marketing & Sales strategies delivered by Mr David Yulius as Business Development Director of PT Elabram Systems, aligning messages from Managing Director into strategic actions for details and how to reach the target.

The session continued with team member testimonials, question & answer session. Ms Debora Betarica, our PIC from region Medan asked about the meaning of Elabram Systems name and Elabram colors that answered then by the pioneer, Mr Sunny Yaw. This session is closed with motivation so that the member team unite into one.

Then, we picked our baggage to check out before us having lunch. While having lunch we continue to intimate ourselves as team, to get close, and known each other. After all we were ready to play games as the organizer had prepared for us. We did really enjoy the ice breaker, games by games, laughers, cheers, smiles are all the impressions. At the end of the games we were formed into circle where we were asking to mention two words described our feeling. Laughers and smiles shaped our memory during the times.

The way back home was our final destination, and as usual we prayed first and let God led our way back home. Let this be our energizer to strength our motivation, team work, services we bring, on target always that return to our personal growth and development, and all staff prosperity. We can’t wait for another next family gathering and outing.

Elabram Systems in Indonesia Managing Director, Mr. Sunny Yaw was born on November 7, 1975. This year he celebrated his 39th  birthday with blessings and thankful for his achievement for the past years.

On November 7, 2014, all PTES Staffs celebrated this wonderful day of Mr SunnyYaw. Everyone wished and prayed that Mr Sunny Yaw and Elabram Systems become more successful with the plans of expansion globally.

            The celebration, started with management speech delivered by Mr. Dani Catur (Operation Manager). Then, Mr Lucky Ivan, Accounting member, led the team to pray, give thanks to God for all the blessings received. As a common tradition in Indonesian, an expression of gratitude to God, we prepare nasi tumpeng. The topping will cut symbolized as a representation to biggest honor, then members can enjoy the food to represent gratitude that was shared to everyone.

            Lunch session was held then continued with joy, cheers, laughter, sharing as the happiness atmosphere overwhelmed the office.

            We altogether do hope that good things always come ahead prepare the way to a better Elabram Systems through innovation, sincerity, teamwork, adaptable, respect, and simplicity as our core values become our spirit to achieve our most best.
