One of our speakers in the upcoming "Asia Digital Marketing Expo 2015", Mikel Yaw, CEO of Elabram Systems Group with offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines will be in Dubai on May 11-13, 2015 as one of the speakers. Elabram Systems Group received Gold from Huawei China

Just this February 2015, Elabram Systems Group received a Gold Award from Huawei China because of the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the work done for Huawei's projects under the supervision of the Project Manager in charge and the whole team who made sure that they will deliver the project on time and on target always.

Our CEO Mikel Yaw together with some core team members went to Shenzhen China and shared on stage how does it take to be on target always. The event was attended by Huawei Directors and Managers and different telecommunications network planning and optimization teams.

 

 

Elabram Systems Group at LTE World Summit in North America

 Elabram Systems Group (ESG) just recently participated this November 2014 at LTE North America (LTENA) as exhibitor and speaker with the Group Managing Director Mikel Yaw, Group  Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw and Business Director Tommy Ng. 

LTENA was part of the LTE World Series Summit around the world and the biggest convention of all leaders in a telecommunication industry with operators, vendors and media and participated by 150 exhibitors and more than 1500 attendees. 

Elabram Systems Group believes in collaboration and partnership for the four solutions under this 15 years old company. Solutions are Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Network Planning & Optimization (NPO). 

Mikel Yaw as speaker discussed the roles of vendors in rural areas and one of the key founders of Elabram Systems Group, a reliable Telecommunication Engineering and IT service provider specialised in Specialist Resource Provision, RF Engineering Services and Project Management of advance telecommunication in wireless network solutions but expanding right now in BPO and IT sectors which are big in Indonesia under Sunny Yaw. Elabram Systems was founded in year 1999 and it has office in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.

On July 21, 2014 at 12 noon, Elabram Systems in the Philippines had their 2^nd Town Hall Meeting for 2014. Business Administration Manager Anna Liza Valdez started to welcome everyone and mentioned and introduced the new team members;

After welcoming the new team members with a welcome cake, Marketing & branding Manager Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas shared the updates and photos from the concluded LTE World Summit 2014 that was held in Amsterdam with ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw, Group Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw and ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca. At LTE World Summit 2014, ESG participated in Exhibit to showcase the 4 solutions- Network Planning & Optmization, Talent Acquisition & Deployment, Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. The highlight of the event is of course ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw as one of the speakers in the panel who talks about the ESG experience of smooth migration from WIMAX to LTE. Overall, the event was successful and ESG participation is worth it.

Showed also in the Town Hall Meeting was the tentative Core Values which is ISTARS- Innovation, Sincerity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Respect and Simplicity which explained as the very guidelines at working in Elabram. Exciting and interesting also are the upcoming events for ESI Philippines for the team members with different events lining up; July 23, 2014 – HR Summit, August 3, 2014- Gardenia Bread Philippines Plant Tour and Social Media Activities, August 9, 2014- Zoomanity Group Trip to Residence Inn Hotel and Paradizoo Theme Park in Tagaytay and lastly on August 18-20, 2014 will be the 5^th Shared Services and BPO in the Philippines Conference. All events are free since ESI made a partnership to these organizations.

Shared also was the continues recruitment campaign for the expansion and bigger ESI. The #FuelUpYourCareer hashtag is the staple in all Social Networks and ESI received a lot of CVs already because of this campaign and some new team members and manpower that ESI sent to the clients came from this campaign. Lastly, ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca and Project Manager Engr. Arnel Castaneda updated all attendees about the new and upcoming projects in the Philippines and made sure for the progress of ESI.

As usual, the team spent the lunch in the office with sumptuous food prepared for them.   

The main objective of the Town Hall Meeting is to update the team members about the strategies, new projects and enable senior leadership to keep employees informed, engaged and in sync with business goals. The ESI Town Hall meeting is every quarter of the year.

1H 2014 Staff Gathering - Malaysia

Hi Folks,

We are back again with some story telling. 

Well, in a blink of an eye, we have gone through half of 2014. We hope everyone is doing well for the past six month and we look forward to positive outcome in the next 6 month before the curtain draws for 2014. 

As the size of our HQ dwindle, we try to keep our activities simple, but eventful. And always with a different. We removed the staff update presentation, and the usual teasing for the birthdays' babies, and headed straight with the food ..... simple yet eventful since Malaysians are always associated with food. 

We had the food stall concept where the HR and Deployment team cooked their specialties. Here are the 'chefs' in their respective rights .......
