Pocholo shared that if one is working with passion, you never work in your entire life since you are enjoying your every action. He added also that nothing is impossible if one thinks that it can be done.
He pointed out the 4 points in Personal Branding;
1. Discover what your strengths are and position yourself.
2. Create a branding tool kit to sell yourself.
3. Communicate your value proposition to the right audience.
4. Maintain your reputation throughout your career.
Good Communication Skills especially in telecommunication industry is vital. It helps us better understand the project more, engage with colleagues effectively, resolve differences, build trust and create an environment where creative ideas, problem solving, affection and caring can flourish. We usually send information, receive and process huge numbers of messages to get result & we can achieve it better if we have good understanding of the one in the other end and the same time vice versa.
Empowerment Talk is brought to us by the Marketing
Department and Human Resources Department to share more to the team members
some inputs about Leadership, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Human
Development, Branding, Teamwork, Innovation and to be grateful and thankful of
the blessings we receive everyday to achieve our goals professionally and
personally. Elabram Systems in the Philippines so far did 5 Empowerment talks
with the likes of Eyriche Cortes, Sonny Santos, Lloyd Luna, Jomar Hilario among
the past speakers who are the best motivational speakers in the Philippines.
