Elabram Systems Group back 2 back awards in Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2014

Just recently, the CEO & Group Managing Director Mikel Yaw of Elabram Systems Group (ESG) receives an award for Young Entrepreneurship Award 2014 Category under Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) that was held on August 28, 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Just days before receiving that recognition, Sunny Yaw, Mikels brother and the one in charge in Elabram Systems Indonesia (PTES) just received an award under APEA too for Outstanding Category in Jakarta. Talking about a double win in a month but it's just the output of years of passion and determination of the two brothers who are always thinking that there is no box at all.

According to Mikel, it's all about the right mindset, effort, dedication, unwavering focus and vision that made Elabram Systems Group a legend and inspitration in Malysia. Having 3300 manpower as of 2014 with offices in the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, this entrepreneur put empowered managers to make the vision possible.

For this year, Elabram Systems Group participates in the biggest LTE Summit in the world (Amsterdam) as exhibitor and one of the speakers. "We are expanding and gaining more control in the industry not only in Telecommunication but also in Mining & Business Process Outsourcing thus we need to learn more information about the trends and from different experts around the globe and to share also what we know in order for start ups to understand how to succeed in these industries", According to Mikel.

For this September 22-25, 2014, Elabram Systems will be in Singapore to participate in LTE Asia and on this November, as exhibitor and speaker again in LTE Summit World in North America. ESG have 4 solutions; Network Planning & Optimization (NPO), Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

2nd Town Hall Meeting 2014 at Elabram Systems in the Philippines

On July 21, 2014 at 12 noon, Elabram Systems in the Philippines had their 2^nd Town Hall Meeting for 2014. Business Administration Manager Anna Liza Valdez started to welcome everyone and mentioned and introduced the new team members;

After welcoming the new team members with a welcome cake, Marketing & branding Manager Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas shared the updates and photos from the concluded LTE World Summit 2014 that was held in Amsterdam with ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw, Group Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw and ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca. At LTE World Summit 2014, ESG participated in Exhibit to showcase the 4 solutions- Network Planning & Optmization, Talent Acquisition & Deployment, Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. The highlight of the event is of course ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw as one of the speakers in the panel who talks about the ESG experience of smooth migration from WIMAX to LTE. Overall, the event was successful and ESG participation is worth it.

Showed also in the Town Hall Meeting was the tentative Core Values which is ISTARS- Innovation, Sincerity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Respect and Simplicity which explained as the very guidelines at working in Elabram. Exciting and interesting also are the upcoming events for ESI Philippines for the team members with different events lining up; July 23, 2014 – HR Summit, August 3, 2014- Gardenia Bread Philippines Plant Tour and Social Media Activities, August 9, 2014- Zoomanity Group Trip to Residence Inn Hotel and Paradizoo Theme Park in Tagaytay and lastly on August 18-20, 2014 will be the 5^th Shared Services and BPO in the Philippines Conference. All events are free since ESI made a partnership to these organizations.

Shared also was the continues recruitment campaign for the expansion and bigger ESI. The #FuelUpYourCareer hashtag is the staple in all Social Networks and ESI received a lot of CVs already because of this campaign and some new team members and manpower that ESI sent to the clients came from this campaign. Talking about the beauty of Social Media.

Lastly, ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca and Project Manager Engr. Arnel Castaneda updated all attendees about the new and upcoming projects in the Philippines and made sure for the progress of ESI.

As usual, the team spent the lunch in the office with sumptuous food prepared for them.   

The main objective of the Town Hall Meeting is to update the team members about the strategies, new projects and enable senior leadership to keep employees informed, engaged and in sync with business goals. The ESI Town Hall meeting is every quarter of the year.

Elabram Systems in Indonesia at Bolt 4G Champion Night Event

Elabram Systems in Indonesia attended the   “BOLT 4G Champion Night  Event”, on July 11^th 2014 at Sultan Hotel Jakarta. The team members who came where Ericka & Didi for PT. Internux with Marketing & Branding Officer Olivia Shinta. This is to show support for PT. Internux. 

 "Bolt 4G is available as a mobile wireless modem service running on 2300MHz covering Jakarta and the surrounding cities. The frequency that Bolt operates in has been declared as technology neutral by the Indonesian government, which means that even though initially Internux was a WiMAX provider, it is now free to operate LTE on that same frequency. The company has an allocated 15MHz band in which to deliver its service. Ideally LTE requires a 20MHz spread to provide a stable and consistent service, but the company claims that it can operate with only 15MHz. A company representative did not comment on whether it will seek to add the additional five megahertz."

Social & Share Event in Indonesia July 8th, 2014

On July 8th, 2014 at Elabram Systems in Indonesia, PTES Social & Share event was held which is a regular event to introduce new team members who joined PTES from the past 3 months.   This is for everyone to meet and greet the backbone of the company and to strengthen the teamwork and cooperation within the organization.

Because of this event took place in the middle of Ramadhan, the event ended with an Iftar with all employees of PT. Elabram.

According to our Group Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw, he wants Elabram Systems to become more stronger and better. A very inspirational for the team members since ESG is expanding and can see the proof that the management is exerting effort to give what is due and to have a work life balance. ESG believes in camaraderie and innovation and with the new core values that ESG would like to share with everyone, ESG believes that we can achieve it fast.

Charity Moment June 2014 “Elabram share the love”

June 2014, our CSR Team from PTES  visited and donated to Yayasan Panti Sosial Perlindungan “Bhakti Asih” . This social institutions are located on Jl. Dakota II.

Kebon Kosong, Jakarta Pusat, was established on October 12^th 1984, has a  1400 m2 land area, and 1368 m2 building area and with capacity of 90 people.This social welfare is organizing to protect victims of violence, people displaced and other disaster victims. The service type of this social home is to maintain physical development, mental & social, nutritional health and social welfare. Age classification that accommodated in this homes between 0-50 years. These are some of items we donated to them, hopefully they can use it.
