Elabram Systems Group in Indonesia Town Hall Meeting 2014

Just recently last month of October, Elabram Systems Group (ESG) in Indonesia (PTES) had another Town Hall meeting which is the usual gathering every three months to welcome the new team members and to celebrate the birthdays of the team members from August to October 2014. 

            Even though there were lot of works to do, ESG in Indonesia remember that new employees are a part of the team, that is why we need to welcome  them as a family. PTES welcome 2 from Human Resouces and 24 under Talent & Acquisition and Deployment (TAD), 5 from Finance and Accounting, 1 under Information technolgy and 1 for Business Development Department witha total of 33 new team members.

The celebration continued with Birthday session started with birthday cake presented to Mr. Sunny Yaw (PTES Managing Director). Sunny gave an inspirational and motivational speech for everyone and thank God for the blessings PTES and the whole ESG received from the previous years.

Elabram Systems Group in the Philippines:Town Hall Meeting with the new Country Manager

On September 17, 2014 at Elabram Systems Group in the Philippines, the 2nd to the last Town Hall Meeting for the year 2014 was being held and to formally introduce the new country manager, celebration of the birthday celebrants for the months of August and September and welcoming the new team members.

The Managers of different departments presented the updates of their ongoing and future projects; Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas (Marketing & Branding), Liza Valdez (Talent Acquisition & Deployment), Engr. Arnel Castaneda (Network Planning & Optimization), Engr. Lea Estilo (Network Planning & Optimization), Engr. Joel Nuesca (Business) and Lau Yew Ken (Country Manager) discussed thoroughly the exciting projects to the team.

New team members who are present during the meeting were Ria Buado (HR Officer), Lea Estilo (NPO Project Manager, Kimberly Eusebio (Finance Assistant), Nenita Retirita (Finance Manager) and Lau Yew Ken (Country Manager).

Engr. Joel Nuesca and Engr. Angelie Vidal were the August and September Birthday Celebrants who received their personal cakes from the team and who contributed to make the Town Hall Meeting with a lot of food to share.

Ken shared his enthusiasm and determination to succeed with the team while the new Project Manager likes to prove that under her management, all projects under her will be finished on time. That's the spirit of the new team members.

2nd Town Hall Meeting 2014 at Elabram Systems in the Philippines

On July 21, 2014 at 12 noon, Elabram Systems in the Philippines had their 2^nd Town Hall Meeting for 2014. Business Administration Manager Anna Liza Valdez started to welcome everyone and mentioned and introduced the new team members;

After welcoming the new team members with a welcome cake, Marketing & branding Manager Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas shared the updates and photos from the concluded LTE World Summit 2014 that was held in Amsterdam with ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw, Group Deputy Managing Director Sunny Yaw and ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca. At LTE World Summit 2014, ESG participated in Exhibit to showcase the 4 solutions- Network Planning & Optmization, Talent Acquisition & Deployment, Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. The highlight of the event is of course ESG Manging Director Mikel Yaw as one of the speakers in the panel who talks about the ESG experience of smooth migration from WIMAX to LTE. Overall, the event was successful and ESG participation is worth it.

Showed also in the Town Hall Meeting was the tentative Core Values which is ISTARS- Innovation, Sincerity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Respect and Simplicity which explained as the very guidelines at working in Elabram. Exciting and interesting also are the upcoming events for ESI Philippines for the team members with different events lining up; July 23, 2014 – HR Summit, August 3, 2014- Gardenia Bread Philippines Plant Tour and Social Media Activities, August 9, 2014- Zoomanity Group Trip to Residence Inn Hotel and Paradizoo Theme Park in Tagaytay and lastly on August 18-20, 2014 will be the 5^th Shared Services and BPO in the Philippines Conference. All events are free since ESI made a partnership to these organizations.

Shared also was the continues recruitment campaign for the expansion and bigger ESI. The #FuelUpYourCareer hashtag is the staple in all Social Networks and ESI received a lot of CVs already because of this campaign and some new team members and manpower that ESI sent to the clients came from this campaign. Talking about the beauty of Social Media.

Lastly, ESI Associate Director Engr. Joel Nuesca and Project Manager Engr. Arnel Castaneda updated all attendees about the new and upcoming projects in the Philippines and made sure for the progress of ESI.

As usual, the team spent the lunch in the office with sumptuous food prepared for them.   

The main objective of the Town Hall Meeting is to update the team members about the strategies, new projects and enable senior leadership to keep employees informed, engaged and in sync with business goals. The ESI Town Hall meeting is every quarter of the year.
