PTES attended the Asia Pacific Outsourcing Summit 2014 in Singapore

On September 23 to 24, 2014 at Mandarin Orchard Hotel in Singapore, Elabram Systems Group attended the 3rd Annual Asia Pacific Outsourcing Summit 2014 with a theme, " “Enhancing Sustained Value for Regional Integration” by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

The event brought  the world's top outsourcing practitioners and business leaders together for a one-kind-of-a-kind annual gathering. Attendees explored and discussed how businesses and corporations can sustain their hard-earned growth in increasingly competitive and uncertain times.

Elabram Systems Group in the Philippines:Town Hall Meeting with the new Country Manager

On September 17, 2014 at Elabram Systems Group in the Philippines, the 2nd to the last Town Hall Meeting for the year 2014 was being held and to formally introduce the new country manager, celebration of the birthday celebrants for the months of August and September and welcoming the new team members.

The Managers of different departments presented the updates of their ongoing and future projects; Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas (Marketing & Branding), Liza Valdez (Talent Acquisition & Deployment), Engr. Arnel Castaneda (Network Planning & Optimization), Engr. Lea Estilo (Network Planning & Optimization), Engr. Joel Nuesca (Business) and Lau Yew Ken (Country Manager) discussed thoroughly the exciting projects to the team.

New team members who are present during the meeting were Ria Buado (HR Officer), Lea Estilo (NPO Project Manager, Kimberly Eusebio (Finance Assistant), Nenita Retirita (Finance Manager) and Lau Yew Ken (Country Manager).

Engr. Joel Nuesca and Engr. Angelie Vidal were the August and September Birthday Celebrants who received their personal cakes from the team and who contributed to make the Town Hall Meeting with a lot of food to share.

Ken shared his enthusiasm and determination to succeed with the team while the new Project Manager likes to prove that under her management, all projects under her will be finished on time. That's the spirit of the new team members.

Network Planning & Optimization Team Dinner with ESG Managing Director

On September 8, 2014 in EST Thailand Office of Elabram Systems Group, Managing Director Mikel Yaw joined the Network Planning & Optimization Team for a sumptuous dinner that brought the team more closer to each other and to promote the camaraderie among peers.

Usually, the Engineers are always out for their external projects and some of them came all the way from different Asian countries to accomplish the ESG project in Thailand that made the team multicultural but more empowered. Mikel Yaw spent the night with them to show support and to congratulate them for the job well done in the projects. The Managing Director of ESG just came from the recent awarding under Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award and is so eager to meet the whole team thus had the dinner with them.

ESG believes that the backbone of every organization is the manpower. Empowered individuals are what Elabram Systems Group is all about since the biggest bulk of the solutions they are catering are people's placement under network Planning & Optimization (NPO), Talent Acquisition & Deployment (TAD), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

A Biking Story from PTES Indonesia

Elabram Systems Group in Indonesia Team Members had a Biking Day with PTES Managing Director Sunny Yaw. Just recently one Saturday at 7 in the morning and because we value our health, some team members with Sunny decided to go at Ciomas, Bogor in West Java.

According to one of them, "We are ready to conquer the hurdles of Bumi Perkemahan Desa Sukamantri. We pray together for the salvation of the departed to return later. We are faced with a sharp rocky road conditions which is typical terrain for every mountain. We were thinking that time that it would be difficult to bike with this kind of situation especially that it was our first time to bike in this place."

The bikers enjoyed the scenery which was very relaxing especially after spending a week in the office. Cool breeze welcomed the team and took advantage the beauty of the surroundings by taking a lot of selfies in between.

Lunch with Elabram Systems Group PTES Managing Director

Just recently, one Friday in PTES Indonesia,  some team members from Talent Acquisition and Deployment Department (TAD) and Human Resources Department (HR) spent their lunch together with Elabram Systems Group Indonesia Managing Director Sunny Yaw in their Thamrin City office.

The team members were very pleased to have Sunny Yaw with them with sumptuous food to share. This is one way for the team to promote camaraderie and team work.

Teamwork can be an important part of an effective workplace. An efficient team can be trained as a group, help each other maximize their job performance, and help to make an inviting and productive atmosphere for new team members. Certain elements of teamwork in the workplace should be in place for the company to benefit from group organization.

Elabram Systems Group in Indonesia hold a Sales Training Program

Most people think "selling" is the same as "talking". But the most effective salespeople know that listening is the most important part of their job. – Roy Bartell

Just recently last August 20, 2014, Elabram Systems Group in Indonesia (PTES) hold a Sales Training Program to increase more the competency of Sales Team. Mr. Jamie Simson as trainer led the group of more or less than 20 pax.

According to one of the attendees,"The test was DISC and acronym for  D (Dominant), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), or C (Compliance), in which each participant was asked to answer some questions honestly and spontaneously. The answer will be assessed as a dominant trait owned by the participants. The speaker also said little bit about how to approach the client with certain character, meaning that sales teams must learn the dominant trait of his clients included into D (Dominant), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), or C (Compliance), so the way to approach the client will be adjusted and at  the end, sales goals will be achieved."

The next training will be on September 24, 2014 to discussed about "How to know our customer's profile" and Invitation below for PTES HR.

Elabram Systems Group back 2 back awards in Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2014

Just recently, the CEO & Group Managing Director Mikel Yaw of Elabram Systems Group (ESG) receives an award for Young Entrepreneurship Award 2014 Category under Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) that was held on August 28, 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Just days before receiving that recognition, Sunny Yaw, Mikels brother and the one in charge in Elabram Systems Indonesia (PTES) just received an award under APEA too for Outstanding Category in Jakarta. Talking about a double win in a month but it's just the output of years of passion and determination of the two brothers who are always thinking that there is no box at all.

For this year, Elabram Systems Group participates in the biggest LTE Summit in the world (Amsterdam) as exhibitor and one of the speakers.
