Day 1
October 24, 2014
Jakarta Bogor
We
started the day October 24 as usual, working hours, handling resources, served
our clients, and preparing ourselves to Elabram Family Days. Everyone was busy,
on target always, and services is our culture. As the outing arranged that we
should departed at 16:00, we prepared ourselves then with finishing touch to
get completed, even though not all of us joined the events. Before we got
started to go, we prayed first to Almighty God to save our journey. We took by
two buses supported with music played.
The
crowded Jakarta along the way, we spent our time with sharing, laughing,
singing, photographs, or even there were slept all the way. We exit Gate Ciawi
at 19:00 and a very long crowed ahead stopped our way. We never imagined that
the crowded too long that aroused distress on us. Some of us chose to walk to
reach the resort, others chose to rent motorbike, had dinner across the edge of
the road, or kept waiting on the bus.
When
the road easier to walk, we then continued our journey and arrived around 23:30
and safe. We were welcomed with welcoming drink, entertaining music and
singing, late dinner, and tiring body. While the music and singers playing, we
enjoyed our dinner. Then some of team took part the time singing and dancing
along the night. Confident and talented potentials Elabrams’ assets. Then some
of us went to sleep while others still enjoy the night.
October 25, 2014
Bogor – Jakarta
The Second day
started with breakfast with various menu to fit and energized us with full of
schedule arranged. Then the schedule continued with Management Session as
Opening, where Mr Sunny Yaw as Managing Director gave speech from Elabram
history since 1999 in Malaysia. Hardworking, Optimism, and Team work colored
the growth history until year 2014. The session continued with Marketing &
Sales strategies delivered by Mr David Yulius as Business Development Director
of PT Elabram Systems, aligning messages from Managing Director into strategic
actions for details and how to reach the target.
The session
continued with team member testimonials, question & answer session. Ms
Debora Betarica, our PIC from region Medan asked about the meaning of Elabram
Systems name and Elabram colors that answered then by the pioneer, Mr Sunny
Yaw. This session is closed with motivation so that the member team unite into
one.
Then, we picked
our baggage to check out before us having lunch. While having lunch we continue
to intimate ourselves as team, to get close, and known each other. After all we
were ready to play games as the organizer had prepared for us. We did really
enjoy the ice breaker, games by games, laughers, cheers, smiles are all the
impressions. At the end of the games we were formed into circle where we were
asking to mention two words described our feeling. Laughers and smiles shaped
our memory during the times.
The way back
home was our final destination, and as usual we prayed first and let God led
our way back home. Let this be our energizer to strength our motivation, team
work, services we bring, on target always that return to our personal growth
and development, and all staff prosperity. We can’t wait for another next
family gathering and outing.
